Josh Wanta | President
In fall of 2006, after more than 17 years’ experience in new-home construction, Josh Wanta founded Legacy Custom Remodeling and focused his passion for high-end, custom work on remodeling. Josh began his career working alongside his father and credits his father and grandfather with instilling in him the dedication to quality and detail so noticeable in his work. He now leads a team of other talented tradesmen and continues to build in a way that both honors his past and endures for generations to come. A woodworker at heart, he especially enjoys spending time in his workshop, here he designs and crafts heirloom-quality woodwork to be placed in his clients’ homes.

Home remodeling can be an intimidating experience, whether you're a seasoned veteran or contemplating it for the first time. The uncertainty of what to anticipate can be overwhelming. We are happy to provide you with a timeframe specific for your remodel once our project managers have seen the space firsthand, and have gone over everything you are looking to accomplish. We’ll be happy to give you a timeframe tailored to your specific project.

The total cost of your remodel will be influenced by various factors, such as the scope of work, material choices, appliances, fixtures, and more. To offer you an accurate estimate, we need to assess your space firsthand. Without this essential information, providing a ballpark figure is not possible.

In nearly every remodel, the initial phase involves demolition, which will make the space unusable from Day #1, commonly referred to as "demo day!" For instance, during a kitchen remodel, appliances and countertops are usually the last components to be installed, so we can help you a create temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house.
