To offer you an accurate estimate, we need to assess your space firsthand. Without this essential information, providing a ballpark figure is not possible.

Will my space be usable during remodeling?

In nearly every remodel, the initial phase involves demolition, which will make the space unusable from Day #1, commonly referred to as "demo day!" For instance, during a kitchen remodel, appliances and countertops are usually the last components to be installed, so we can help you a create temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house.

Will I need to consult with an interior designer?

Our experienced project managers can help guide you through the design process. If you wish to hire an interior designer, we’ll gladly offer recommendations of professionals we have worked with before.

How does the permitting process work?

Our goal is to make your remodel as simple as possible for you. We take care of the permitting process including all inspection meetings with the city once we’ve started your project.
